- Our design team prepares a digital engraving preview.
- Review and approve the preview.
- After approval, we professionally laser engrave your pen.
- Your order is carefully packed and shipped to your address.
Preview Approval
Before engraving begins, we share a digital preview for your approval.
Please verify the following carefully:
- Name spelling
- Company logo
- Font style
- Text placement
- Overall layout
Production starts only after you approve the preview.

For the best engraving quality, we recommend a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background.
Engraving Colour
Laser engraving removes the outer coating of the pen to reveal the base metal underneath. The final engraving colour depends on the pen's material and finish and may vary between models.

Important Information
- A preview will always be shared before engraving.
- Please check all spelling and logo details carefully before approval.
- Once the engraving preview has been approved and engraving has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged after approval unless the delivered engraving differs from the approved preview due to our error or the product has a manufacturing defect.
