What will the engraving look like?
The final engraving colour can vary by pen.
Laser engraving interacts with the pen's coating, material and finish. The revealed engraving tone can therefore look different across black, coloured, silver, gold-tone or other metal finishes.
Use the digital preview to confirm the layout and position. The preview represents the design placement, while the exact engraved tone depends on the physical pen surface.

Approved customisation is final once production starts.
Customised or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, customer-approved spelling, logo, font, placement or design preference after approval.
If the engraving is wrong because of our error
If the delivered engraving differs from your approved preview due to a Ballpen Bazaar error, or there is a manufacturing/engraving defect, we will provide the appropriate resolution after verification.

Questions before you personalise a pen
How much does name engraving cost?
Name engraving is ₹27 per eligible pen.
How much does logo engraving or printing cost?
Logo engraving/printing is ₹30 per eligible pen. Name and logo together are ₹57.
Do I receive a preview before engraving?
Yes. For personalised orders, a digital preview is shared for approval before engraving begins.
What file should I send for my company logo?
PNG is preferred, especially a high-resolution file with a transparent background. JPG is also accepted.
Can I change the engraving after I approve the preview?
Once the approved engraving has entered production, changes or cancellation for preference reasons are not available.
What if Ballpen Bazaar engraves something different from the approved preview?
If the delivered engraving differs from the approved preview due to our error, or there is a manufacturing/engraving defect, contact us for verification and resolution.
