Before you request a quote
Can you engrave both employee names and our company logo?
Yes, on eligible pens. Name engraving is ₹27 per pen, logo engraving/printing is ₹30 per pen, and both together are ₹57 per pen.
Will I receive an engraving preview?
For customised orders, a digital preview is shared before production. Please check spelling, logo, font, layout and placement carefully before approval.
What logo file should I send?
PNG is preferred, especially a high-resolution file with a transparent background. JPG is also accepted.
How long will a corporate order take?
Production time depends on the selected pen, quantity, engraving and packaging requirements. We confirm the expected production and delivery schedule with your quotation.
Can a customised corporate order be cancelled after production starts?
Once the engraving preview is approved and production or engraving has started, the customised order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind or preference.
