Personalised and custom-made pens are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind, preference or ordering mistakes. If the pen itself arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. Damage to a complimentary gift box or outer packaging alone does not qualify for a return or refund, and we do not send a separate replacement box.
