Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Change of colour, design, model, or finish

  • Personal preference after delivery

  • No longer required

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect

Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Received in a defective or non-working condition

  • Incorrect items shipped by us

  • Affected by a manufacturing defect


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-working product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us at supportballpenbazaar@gmail.com and include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will verify your request and respond within 1โ€“2 business days.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of colour

  • Change of pen design or model

  • Different quantity required after delivery

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental orders placed by the customer

Exchanges are available only if the delivered product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not working.


Customised & Engraved Products Policy

Customised products are made exclusively for each customer and therefore require approval before production.

Preview Approval

Before engraving your name, company logo, or artwork, we will share a digital preview for your approval.

Engraving begins only after you confirm that the preview is correct.

Please review the preview carefully, including:

  • Name spelling

  • Logo

  • Font style

  • Layout

  • Engraving position

Once you approve the preview, it is considered final.


No Return or Replacement on Approved Custom Orders

Once the engraving has been completed based on your approved preview, the customised product cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect spelling approved by the customer

  • Change in name

  • Change in logo

  • Change in font

  • Change in engraving position

  • Change in design preference

  • Any other personal preference after approval

As every engraved product is made specifically for you, it cannot be resold to another customer.


Logo File Requirements

If you would like your company logo engraved, please send your logo to our WhatsApp number:

Accepted file formats:

  • PNG (Preferred)

  • JPG

For the best engraving quality, we recommend sending a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background whenever possible.


Our Engraving Guarantee

If the actual engraving differs from the preview approved by you due to an error on our part, or if the engraved product has a manufacturing or engraving defect, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution after verification.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved defective or incorrect product.

  • Your order is cancelled by Ballpen Bazaar before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ballpen Bazaar.


Delivery Issues

If your order tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received the package, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Requests reported after 24 hours may limit our ability to investigate with the courier partner.
