Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Processing Returns: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges and Damaged Items:
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email with your order ID, photos of the product, and details of the issue.
Refunds:

Note: If an order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing siddharthshah607@gmail.com with your order ID and the subject “Delivery Not Received.” Failing to do so within this period may limit our ability to assist.
