Can I personalise a pen with my name?
Yes. Name engraving is available for ₹27 on eligible pens. Choose the personalisation option on the relevant product page and enter the text you want engraved.
Can I add my company logo?
Logo engraving or printing is available for ₹30 on eligible pens. Follow the instructions on the product page or the store’s WhatsApp flow for sharing suitable artwork.
When do I get free shipping?
Shipping is ₹66 on orders below ₹499. Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I return a personalised or engraved pen?
Personalised pens are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required order details and supporting photos or video.
Can I return a pen because I changed my mind?
No. Change of mind, ordering by mistake, preference changes, or no longer requiring the item are not eligible reasons for return under our policy.
