Is there a fixed minimum quantity for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing depends on the selected pen and order requirement. Share your quantity with us and we will prepare a quotation.
Can each pen have a different name?
Name engraving is available on eligible pens for ₹27 per pen. For a multi-name order, send the final name list before production.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes, on eligible pens. Logo engraving/printing is ₹30 per pen. Send a high-resolution PNG where possible; JPG is also accepted.
Do you share a preview before engraving?
Yes. Please check spelling, logo, font, layout and engraving position carefully before approving the preview.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on quantity and customisation. The expected production and delivery schedule is confirmed with your quotation.
Are GST, shipping and packaging included?
These depend on the quotation. The selected pen, personalisation, packaging, GST and shipping are clarified before order confirmation.
