Please Note: Unless specifically mentioned in the quotation, the quoted price includes only the ball pen.

Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm all bulk orders.
- Production will begin only after the full payment has been successfully received.
- For engraved orders, production will commence only after the engraving preview has been approved and the full payment has been received.
- Quoted prices are valid only for the validity period mentioned in the quotation.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production or engraving has started.
