1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Return & Replacement Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, finishes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturing variations.
Ballpen Bazaar reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel any order at our discretion.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Customised & Engraved Products
Ballpen Bazaar offers personalised engraving of names and company logos on selected products.
Preview Approval
- A digital engraving preview will be shared before production.
- Production begins only after customer approval.
- The customer is responsible for verifying the spelling, logo, font, layout, and engraving position before approval.
Logo Submission
Customers must send their logo via WhatsApp to +91 88668 94165 in PNG (preferred) or JPG format.
No Cancellation, Return or Exchange
Once the engraving preview has been approved and production has started:
- The order cannot be cancelled.
- The product cannot be returned.
- The product cannot be exchanged.
- No modifications to the engraving will be accepted.
Replacement will only be provided if the delivered engraving differs from the approved preview due to an error by Ballpen Bazaar or if the product has a manufacturing defect.
6. Payments
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation through our secure payment partners.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.
7. Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.
Ballpen Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
8. Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The pen is not working upon delivery.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order along with supporting photos or videos.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, colour, design, model, or customised engraved products approved by the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, product images, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, and branding, is the property of Ballpen Bazaar and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ballpen Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product ordered.
11. Warranty
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, our products are not covered by any additional warranty beyond replacement for manufacturing defects reported within the applicable policy period.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order processing and customer support.
13. Changes to These Terms
Ballpen Bazaar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
