Restricted Items: In certain countries, shipping of liquid products like ball pens and ink items may be restricted or subject to additional charges:
Prohibited: Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Hungary, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand prohibit liquid products in shipments.
Additional Charges Required: For shipments to the Netherlands, Dubai, Oman, and Germany, liquid products can be included with an additional shipping fee of ₹1000 per shipment.

Reporting Delivery Issues
If the tracking status shows your order as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 24 hours. Simply send an email with your order ID and subject “wrong delivery status” to siddharthshah607@gmail.com. Please note, claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds or additional support.
