Ballpen Bazaar aims to dispatch orders carefully and keep delivery information clear before checkout.

Shipping Charges – India

• Orders below ₹499: ₹66 standard shipping.
• Orders of ₹499 or more: FREE shipping.

The applicable shipping amount is also shown during checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Personalised or customised orders may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination, courier network, weather, holidays, serviceability and other operational conditions. Tracking information is shared when available.

Address, PIN Code & Phone Number

Please enter a complete delivery address, the correct 6-digit PIN code and an active phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details can cause delays, failed delivery attempts or Return to Origin (RTO).

Once an order has been dispatched, address or PIN-code changes may not be possible.

Personalised Orders

Personalised and engraved products are made specifically for the customer. Please double-check your delivery details before placing the order. RTO, re-shipping and refund conditions for customised products are covered in our Return, Replacement & Customized Product Policy.

Delivered Status but Package Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel, please report it within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with the courier partner.

International Shipping
