Engraving and logo printing adds 1–2 business days to processing. Total delivery time is typically 4–8 business days across India.

Engraved and personalised products cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. If there is a defect on our part we will replace it immediately. Non-engraved items can be returned within 7 days.

- Orders below ₹499: ₹66 standard shipping.
- Orders of ₹499 or more: FREE shipping.

Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Personalised or customised orders may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination, courier network, weather, holidays, serviceability and other operational conditions. Tracking information is shared when available.
Address, PIN Code & Phone Number
Please enter a complete delivery address, the correct 6-digit PIN code and an active phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details can cause delays, failed delivery attempts or Return to Origin (RTO).
Once an order has been dispatched, address or PIN-code changes may not be possible.
Personalised Orders

Delivered Status but Package Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel, please report it within 24 hours so we can raise the issue with the courier partner.
