Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Customised or engraved orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after the engraving preview has been approved by the customer.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Partners
We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and other reputed logistics providers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Ballpen Bazaar.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- The customer is unavailable.
- An incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- The customer refuses delivery.
- The courier cannot contact the customer.
The shipment may be returned to us.
Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatching the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
Ballpen Bazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Customised & Engraved Orders
Before engraving, we share a digital preview for approval.
Production begins only after receiving your approval.
As these products are customised specifically for you:
- They cannot be cancelled once engraving has started.
- They cannot be returned or exchanged after approval unless the delivered engraving differs from the approved preview due to our error or the product has a manufacturing defect.
Delayed Shipments
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 24 hours.

Requests reported after 24 hours may limit our ability to investigate with the courier partner.
International Shipping
Currently, Ballpen Bazaar ships only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
